Manage Calendars, Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Arrangements. Draft, Review, And Manage Correspondence, Emails, Reports, And Presentations. Maintain Confidential Records, Files, And Documents Coordinate With Production, Processing, Quality, Maintenance, Hr, Accounts, And Dispatch Departments Track Action Points From Meetings And Ensure Timely Follow-Up And Closure Assist In Preparation Of Production Reports, Process Reports, Rejection Analysis, And Efficiency Data Organize Internal And External Meetings, Prepare Agendas, Mom (Minutes Of Meeting), And Reports Coordinate With Suppliers, Service Providers, Auditors, And Consultants Assist In Special Projects As Assigned By Senior Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Record keeping and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
