What you will do

As an Assistant Manager Purchase, your work will include:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
