We Are Looking For An Operations Executive To Manage The Routine Day-To-Day Operations Of Our Office, Including Order Processing, Billing, Documentation, Filing, And Other Regular Operational Tasks. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Organized, Dependable, And Capable Of Handling Everyday Business Operations Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi
• Someone customer-first and calm under pressure
