Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Basic English
