Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing speed, CRM tools, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Basic English
