Collection Team Leader

Bhoomi Associates is looking for a Collection Team Leader to join its team in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Compliance, KYC and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
