• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Typing speed, CRM tools and Complaint handling
• Basic English

• Someone polite and patient

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
