Pay and perks

Your responsibilities

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
