Manage Corporate Events And Brand Activations From Brief To Final Execution.Understand Client Briefs And Convert Them Into Detailed Execution Plans.Conduct Venue Recce And Prepare Production And Operational Requirements.Develop Event Timelines, Checklists, Production Schedules And Run-Of-Show Plans.Coordinate Simultaneous Activities Across Production, Creative, Technical And Operations Teams.Ensure Flawless On-Ground Execution Within Agreed Timelines And Budgets. What the job involves

As a Corporate Event Manager, your work will include:

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
