Big Tree Resource Management Private Limited is looking for a Cash Collection to join its team in Sector 18 - Gurgaon, Delhi. There are 30 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, KYC, MS Excel and Financial products
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are persuasive and ethical

Key responsibilities

As a Cash Collection, your work will include:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
