Make Outbound Calls To Agriculture Retail Shops. Pitch Agrim Products And Services Effectively Over Calls. Onboard New Retail Shops On The Agrim Platform. Collect And Verify Kyc Documents Of Onboarded Shops. Assist Retailers In Placing Their First Order. Ensure Repeat Orders By Building Strong Relationships With Retailers. Handle Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
