Conduct 30-Minute One-To-One Virtual Demos Of The Vantro Coffee Machine, Educating Customers On Features, Usage, Brewing And Maintenance. The Role Involves Product Demonstration, Customer Support And Sales Assistance. Candidates Should Be Confident On Video Calls, Fluent In Hindi & English, And Able To Explain Technical Features Simply. Type : Inbound | Languages : English, Hindi

What you will do

• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
