Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Tamil, Hindi, English, Malayalam

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
