Bimal Luthra (Heritage Infra Holdings) is looking for a Tandoor Cook to join its team in Dharampur, Shimla. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• You will resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Commi1, Head Chef, North Indian, Tandoor, Veg
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
