The Company Secretary Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Corporate Governance, Statutory Compliance, Legal Documentation, And Regulatory Reporting Of The Company In Accordance With The Companies Act, Applicable Rules, Mca/Roc Requirements, And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations Applicable To An Aerospace Manufacturing Organization. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Tally, Accounts receivable, MS Excel and Accounts payable
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are numerate and confidential
