Job Responsibilities:Greeting Visitors, Clients, And Customers In A Professional And Courteous Manner Answering, Screening, And Directing Incoming Calls To Appropriate Departments Managing The Reception Area And Ensuring It Is Always Clean And Organised Handling Incoming And Outgoing Mail, Packages, And Deliveries Scheduling Meetings And Managing.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Female Only
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
