We Are Hiring A Motivated And Confident Recovery Executive / Telecaller To Handle Customer Communication And Ensure Timely Payment Recovery. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Customers, Following Up On Pending Payments, And Maintaining Proper Records Of All Interactions. What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Real Estate and Sales
