What the job involves

As an Office Secretary, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
