Blend It Raw Apothecary is looking for a Customer Care Executive (Cce) to join its team in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Responding To Customer Queries On Instagram Dm, Instagram Comments, Whatsapp, Email, Phone. Customer Queries Include Order-Related Issues, Usage Related Issues, Order Placing Issues, Post-Purchase Issues Or Asking For Advice. The Employee Must Know Good Speaking And Writing English. And Should Have Good Knowledge Of Using Laptop, Phone And Tablet. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Presentation, Lead generation and Target achievement
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and self-motivated

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
