As A Bda At Blitz Academy, You Will Be Responsible For Connecting With Leads Provided Directly By Blitz Academy, Understanding Their Career Goals, Counselling Them On Suitable Courses, And Converting Qualified Prospects Into Admissions. This Role Is Ideal For Candidates Who Are Confident Communicators, Persuasive, Target-Driven, And Passionate.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Lead generation, Local market knowledge and Presentation
• Good English
