Bloom Workspace Is Hiring A Front Office Executive At Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru. Responsibilities Include Welcoming Visitors, Handling Calls And Enquiries, Managing Meeting Room Bookings, Assisting Members, Maintaining The Reception Area, And Supporting Daily Office Administration. Good Communication, A Pleasant Personality, And Basic Computer. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
