Day-to-day work

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Tally, Computer
• MS Word, Basic Excel, MS Power Point
• A dependable, organised attitude
