Analyze Claim Denials, Resolve Payment Issues, And Update Claim Information In The Billing System. Maintain Productivity, Quality, And Compliance With Us Healthcare Billing Processes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : International | Languages : Tamil, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: English, International, Tamil
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
