Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Verbal communication, CRM tools and Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Service Officer, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
