We Are Looking For A Back Office Executive With Experience In Travel Customer Service. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries Through Chat And Email, Providing Travel-Related Support, Resolving Customer Concerns, And Ensuring A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry, Typing
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
