Business Development Manager Drives Revenue Growth By Identifying Opportunities In The Education Sector, Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Understanding Client Needs, And Promoting Employee Assistance Program (Eap) Services. The Role Includes Lead Generation, Client Meetings, Solution Selling, Negotiations, And Closing Deals. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Presentation, Target achievement
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and confident

What the job involves

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
