Blush & Glow wants to bring on an Assistant for its Kadachanendal, Madurai team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Customer acquisition, Financial products, KYC, Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A trustworthy, persuasive attitude
