Customer Relations Executive

A new Customer Relations Executive role is open at BM Cosmetic Clinic & Hospitals, Velachery, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Handle Front Desk Operations, Welcome Patients/Clients, Manage Calls, Appointments, Billing Coordination, Enquiries, And Follow Ups. Maintain Records, Support Smooth Daily Operations, Ensure Excellent Customer Service, And Present The Brand Professionally With Strong Communication, Grooming, And Coordination Skills.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Customer handling, Target achievement and Presentation
• Basic English
