**Job Details:**Training & Development Manager For Banking/Financial Services Loan Collection Call Centre. Responsible For Designing And Delivering Training On Collection Process, Compliance And Communication Skills. Also Responsible For Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Improvement And Continuous Skill Development Of Collection Team. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Tally, Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation, TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone accurate and numerate

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
