Bninemine Financial Services has an opening for a Loan Executive based in Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

The Ideal Candidate Will Build Strong Relationships With Clients, Understand Their Financial Needs, And Recommend Suitable Loan Products While Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Regulatory Guidelines. Key responsibilities

As a Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
