Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
