Bookleaf Publishing is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Jhandewalan Road, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and International
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
