Br Power Control is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Ballabhgarh - Faridabad, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Knowledge Of Hr Policies. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Payroll, Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
