Greet And Welcome Visitors, Clients, Candidates And Guests In A Professional And Courteous Manner. Manage The Reception Area And Maintain A Clean, Organized And Professional Front-Office Environment. Make Outbound Calls Similar To The Telecalling Team, Including Lead Follow-Ups, Enquiries, Site Visit Confirmations And Other Business-Related Calls. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, Data entry, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised
