Prepare Meeting Agendas And Mom (Minutes Of Meeting). Monitor Delegation Task Completion Status And Report Delays Or Issues. Support Management In Day-To-Day Operational Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
