Brightara Solutions is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Dwarka Mor, Delhi. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

What you will do

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
