Hiring Business Development Executive With 1+ Year Experience In Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Or Business Development, With Strong Target-Based Calling And Lead Generation Skills. Handle B2B/B2C Sales, Achieve Revenue Targets, Manage Leads Through Crm, And Build Strong Client Relationships Through Consultative Selling And Upselling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Presentation, Lead generation, Customer handling, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
