What the job involves

As a Receptionist / Front Office Executi..., your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
