Bsecars wants to bring on a Car Loan Sales Executive for its Thergaon, Pune team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of CRM, Target achievement, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Day-to-day work

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
