Contact Individuals Or Bua Debt Collection Agent (Collection Executive) Is Responsible For Recovering Unpaid Money From Customers On Behalf Of Banks, Nbfcs, Sin To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Financial products, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are detail-oriented and trustworthy

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
