Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls Professionally. Understand Caller Needs And Route To The Right Team Member. Prepare And Maintain Daily Reports. Cross-Check Inquiries In Crm; Ensure All Calls Connect To Clients. Follow Up On Callbacks Within Specified Timelines. Uphold Decorum And Efficiency In The Telephone Department.

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
