Act As The Single Point Of Contact For Assigned Clients. Handle Customer Inquiries Through Phone Calls, Emails, Whatsapp And Other Communication Channels. Coordinate With The Sales, Design, Procurement And Execution Teams To Ensure Smooth Project Progress. Schedule Client Meetings, Design Presentations And Site Visits. Maintain Accuracy. Languages : Kannada, English

Compensation

Roles and responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
