Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Builtcustom Projects Llp has an opening for a Business Development Manager (Bdm) based in Gota, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Hiring Bdm For Interior, Civil, Turnkey & Modular Furniture Projects. Responsible For Generating Leads From New Clients And Existing Clients, Repeat Business & Referrals, Client Meetings, Follow-Ups And Lead Conversion. Build Client Relationships, Coordinate With Design/Estimation Teams And Achieve Business Targets. 2-5 Years Experience Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Target achievement, Local market knowledge and Presentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, persuasive attitude
