A Telecaller For Solar Sales Is Responsible For Generating Leads And Promoting Solar Energy Solutions Through Outbound And Inbound Calls. The Role Includes Contacting Potential Customers, Explaining The Benefits Of Solar Systems, And Identifying Their Energy Requirements. They Schedule Site Visits Or Meetings For The Sales Team And Maintain A Database Of Prospects. The Telecaller Follows Up With Interested Clients, Handles Basic Queries, And Builds Customer Interest. They Also Update Call Records, Track Responses, And Help Achieve Sales Targets. Good Communication Skills, Persuasion Ability, And Basic Knowledge Of Solar Products Are Essential For Success In This Role. Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
