An Inbound Roadside Assistance (Rsa) Telecaller Is Responsible For Receiving Calls From Customers Who Are Experiencing Vehicle Breakdowns, Accidents, Or Emergencies. They Provide Immediate Support, Dispatch Assistance (Such As Towing Or Mechanics), And Manage The Overall Customer Experience During A Stressful Situation. Languages : English, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

What you get

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
