Generate File For Loan If Customer Is Eligible According To Company Policy. 24 Days Working. Generate 1 File Per Day. 15000 Additional Incentive On Generating 23 Files In 24 Days. Work From Offece. What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
