BVT Capital Edge is hiring a Debt Recovery Agent in Sector 4 - Noida, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Documentation, Compliance, Customer acquisition, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and ethical
