We Are Looking For A Technically Oriented Executive Assistant To Support The Head Manufacturing & Design In Coordinating Engineering, Production, Procurement, Vendors, And Customers.This Role Requires Strong Technical Understanding And Project Coordination Skills In A Manufacturing Environment, Especially In Custom-Built Machinery Or Automation. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
