Calculus Advisors Llp is hiring an Admin Executive in Paldi, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised
