Calculus Advisors Llp wants to bring on a Billing Executive for its Navrangpura, Ahmedabad team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, Tally, Accounts payable
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, accurate attitude

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
